A generation has been lost to a sea of despair, with waves of loneliness, alcohol or food addictions, depression, anorexia, bulimia, fear of missing out, porn addictions, shame, guilt, fear, regret, and self-loathing.
Tethered into a phone of deception that leaves them broken and empty instead of tethering into the Vine of Truth.
As faith leaders, are we protecting the sheep from the slaughter of technology? Are we guiding them to the Healing Light or letting them drift toward a cove of darkness?
Doing nothing or staying the same when faced with a lost generation does nothing for the Body. We must adjust our sails in the winds of change.
We must direct all our efforts to save a lost generation and maintain a faithful remnant.
We must ensure the Love of Christ, Freedom in Christ, and Belonging in Christ reign in their hearts and replace the negative words of yesterday, healing the wounds, binding them in Truth, and breaking them free to live truly.
We must bring the knowledge of Christ to a lost, hurting generation craving a Savior. The harvest field is great, and the laborers are few.
Will you labor to bring freedom to a lost generation? Will you fight for God's Truth to consume their hearts and transform their minds? Who will guide them? Will you? Will you stop long enough to see the winds have shifted and change is here?
The children are crying out for their fathers and mothers. Will you answer their cries? Do you not see the cries manifested in their social media posts, videos shared, loss of life to suicide, and mental health crises of today?
Who will free them before it's too late? Will you fight for their voices to be heard?
And I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?” Then I said, “Here I am! Send me.”
