In the Garden of Life
In the garden of life, we may suffer many setbacks that can impede our growth. Spiritual growth first starts with identifying with God's Truth about who we are in Christ Jesus. Royal ambassadors, warriors, soldiers on a special mission to see many set free from bondage through the life giving blood of the Lord Jesus Christ shed on Calvary.
Do we partner up with the world's pollutants and allow them to contaminate our spiritual garden(heart)? Many pests (weeds, bugs) can try to infest our garden (anger, resentment, bitterness, hate, unforgiveness, rejection, pride, ego) but do we use the ultimate pesticide (herbicide) God's Truth found in His Word to drive them out of our garden? Do we refuse to partner up with satans lies, and instead focus on the Truth?
We are fearfully and wonderfully made, daughters and sons of the most High King, and citizens of the kingdom of heaven, not of the kingdom of man on earth. We are in the world but not of the world.
Can you guard your spiritual garden (heart) from the world's pests? Can you refuse to carry offense in your heart and instead communicate with your brother and sister in Christ and move to a place of unity? Love? A house divided can not stand? Are you causing division in the brethren? Are you dividing the house through slander? Gossip? Comparison?
Allow yourself to be pruned this season as you abide in the vine, and grow into all He has purposed you to be. Do you need to let go of past hurts? Traumas? Lies spoken over you? Generational patterns of abuse and addiction? Do a spiritual inventory of the weeds in your garden, the pests, the contaminants, and seek the Vinedresser's Truth to break the yoke of bondage off your life.
Believe it. Receive it. Become it.
Empowered. Emboldened. Equipped.
My prayer for you today:
Abba, bring them to a place of wholeness in You, by way of the Holy Spirit. Guide them, protect them, empower them, and equip them with Your healing Truth. Bring them a fresh revelation of who they are as Your children. Bring them to a place of spiritual understanding, a place of hunger and thirst for the things You love, that bring life eternal. Close their hearts to the things of this world that deceive, destroy, distract, or divide. In the Mighty Name of Jesus! Amen.
Blessings and much love,
