Love is the Answer

As each day passes, my love for Jesus grows. My need for Jesus draws me to a place of stillness before the Lord. I crave just one touch, one Word, one moment in His presence changes everything. How did I get to a place where Jesus was everything to me? Is everything to me? In Him I live and have my being.

You see, I was lost, broken, beyond repair, or so I thought. Then I had an encounter with a loving, Savior, a man who gave His life, so I could be set free. Fully God, fully man, born in a manger, a feeding trough. The redeemer of us all.

The moment I realized Jesus was victimized (beaten, thirty-nine stripes, pierced, stripped naked, laughed at, ridiculed, persecuted), but arose victorious over sin, sickness, and death; I experienced freedom. A freedom that is indescribable. For the first time I realized I had a choice, to live as a victim, or rise up, victorious. In that moment of surrender, I let go, and let Jesus rule my life.

In this world we can be ruled by our feelings, or we can be ruled by God's loving Truth. I choose love. I choose Truth. I choose freedom. Jesus, sent us a Helper, the Holy Spirit, and He dwells inside of us. The Spirit of Jesus, dwells inside of us, giving us power and authority over all forces of darkness. Once we believe in Jesus, are saved, we are no longer bound by the old, but set free, to experience a new life. A life filled with joy, peace, strength, divine health, and profound love.

Love heals, love transforms, love breaks the yoke of bondage off. If you do not know that Jesus, I invite you to find more about Him by studying the Book of John. The Gospel of John is a great place in the Bible to begin your healing journey. Also, finding comfort in the Book of Psalms. Sit quietly, with soft worship music playing, and seek after an encounter with Jesus through the Word of God. Ask God to reveal His Word to you, reveal Himself to you, through the Word of God. Be expectant, like a child, and Father will meet you in that place; place of raw need for a Savior. Jesus will bind every wound, cleanse you with His Blood, and You will be forever changed. Loneliness is not your portion. Sickness in not your portion. Despair is not your portion.

Healing Is Your Portion.

Trust. Surrender. Obey.

He is Waiting. He is Waiting. He is Waiting.
