I am reaching for you. Take my hand. I see you in the darkness, and you're not too dirty to grab my hand. Follow the redemptive, transformative light. I am a forgiving God. Who lied to you? Who told you that I would reject you?
Anyone can come to me, for I am close to the brokenhearted. What does My Word say? Follow the light, for I am in the light. What do you have to lose? You have tried everything else, haven't you? Did the alcohol work? The Drugs? The Sex? The Food? The Gambling?
Is the weight of it all dragging you down? Threatening to bury you? How do you release the heaviness for just a moment to experience peace? Do you want help with it? Come towards the light. I am the light. I am the still, small voice saying, try a different path. Your way is not working; only destruction lives at the end of that dark road.
Follow the sliver of light and believe that I am near. Get out of the wilderness. Hope is in the light; peace is in the light.
Do you dare Hope in a new way? The old is all you know, and you find comfort in the uncomfortable heaviness of it all, which sounds crazy to others, so you stay silent. After all, they do not see you anyway. You are drowning in a sea of despair, and no one notices or cares.
I see you, and I care. I am all that matters. I died on the cross so you could be washed clean.
Rest in Me! Find comfort under My protective shadow. I will help you adjust to the light. Stretch out your hand to Me and surrender to My leading. What's that, you do not know how? Just call out to me? Ask Me to forgive you of your sins and wash you clean. Follow My Word.
The only way to the light is through the Father. Rest is there; peace is there. Let Me help you find the path.
I now believe that Jesus Christ is Your only begotten Son, that He came down to our earth in the flesh and died on the cross to take away all of my sins and the sins of this world. I believe that Jesus Christ then rose from the dead on the third day to give all of us eternal life.
Lord Jesus,
I now confess to You all of the wrong and sinful things that I have ever done in my life. I ask that You please forgive me and wash away all of my sins by the blood that You have personally shed for me on the cross. I am now ready to accept You as my personal Lord and Savior. I now ask that You come into my life and live with me for all of eternity.
Father, Jesus – I now believe that I am truly saved and born again.
Thank You Father.

13 for, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
